Changelog and vintage log

Dated, newest first. Every line names a thing that shipped or a snapshot that was preserved, never an intention. Payers republish these files monthly and no federal rule requires the prior version to stay available (CMS technical clarification), so the vintage entries are the record that a figure can still be reproduced from the evidence it rested on.

SEP 14, 2026 SHIPPED One buyer path, one proof and one platform boundaryThe home page now leads with the healthcare reviewer whose queue should shrink, shows one served receipt instead of two competing demos, and separates public evidence from the private annual product. The detailed archive, install guide, refusal register, assessment answers and changelog remain on their own pages. Five navigation choices replace seven; the six-week assessment still names its scope, price, boundary and conversion into a private world.
  2. SEP 9, 2026 SHIPPED The demo checks itself before it answersEvery figure in an answer is now matched against the payloads that turn received, and a figure the world did not serve sends the answer back to be written again. The same gate runs on the claims this corpus publishes it cannot support: a payer covering a code, a denial rate, a paid amount, an evidence standard for a saving. One rewrite, and if the claim survives it the page says so above the answer rather than hiding it. Nine sample questions, run repeatedly and scored against what the world actually serves for them: about half matched at the start of the day and 39 of 45 matched at the end, with six of the nine correct on every run. The three that are not are named in the repository rather than rounded up.
  3. SEP 9, 2026 SHIPPED The orientation is visible, and the answer carries its verdictsLoading the skill and asking the world what a tool refuses before spending the call now print in the thread instead of being folded away with the checkers. A refused, unreadable or not-entailed verdict prints beside the answer rather than one disclosure down. Sampling is off: the same question against the same vintage now returns the same answer.
  4. SEP 9, 2026 SHIPPED Two buyer pages, and a pilot with the scope written downReimbursement evidence and savings-claim evaluation each have a page in the words the job is asked in. The pilot page carries the offer: scope, duration, price, whose data, what happens after week six, and the eight questions a buyer asks before they can buy anything. Deploys now run the tests first and fail on a regression.
